6 Monthly Dividend Paying High-Yields To Consider

High-Yield stocks with monthly dividend payments originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". I love it to receive dividends and everyone should love it too. Payments by my stock holdings are the main cash source for further investments and a great passive income for your daily consumptions.

Generally a company pays 4 times a year a quarter dividend but there are also some stocks (over 300) that pay dividends on a monthly basis. I don’t know why they do this but they do it. Maybe some people feel richer when they get more dividend checks over the year. I personally don't care about the payment periods of the company. I only look at the total annulized yield and I often try to buy the stock before the ex-dividend date in order to receive the next dividend very quick.

Recently I screened some interesting high yielding real estate investment trusts with monthly payments. Now I like to focus on monthly dividend paying stocks from the business development industry. Below is a small list of 6 High-Yield stocks of which two are recommended to buy.
