The Most Recommended Consumer Goods Stocks | 20 Dividend Stocks With Highest Buy Rating

Most recommended consumer goods dividend stocks originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Today I like to screen one of my favorite investment sectors, the consumer goods sector. I want to show you who are the best, higher yielding dividend stocks with a buy or better rating.

Stocks from the sector have a total market capitalization of USD 197.4 trillion. The average P/E is 21.58 and the dividend yield amounts to 3.28 percent. The highest yielding industries are still business equipments and cigarettes.

Cigarettes and tobacco companies have the highest share in my private portfolio. They represent around 25 percent of my assets and they are also one of my biggest dividend contributors over the year.

However, 396 stocks are available for trading with a relation to the consumer sector. 185 of them pay dividends and 123 have a current buy or better rating. Below is a small list of the 20 higher capitalized companies (over USD 2 billion) with the highest buy rating. Most of the results are low yielding but the expected growth rates for the next years look fantastic. Dare a glance and let me know in the comment area which of the stocks you like most.

20 Stocks With Yields Over 10% And Highest Buy Ratings

Most recommended stocks with very high yields originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". I love stocks with high dividend yields but there are only a few with sustainable payments. I think about Altria or Lorillard. Other stocks have a huge potential for a dividend cut, also if they are a Dividend Champion or a stock with a very long dividend growth history. I made this investment mistake with Avon Products. The company was highly leveraged and became some operations problems. Finally they reduced the dividend dramatically.

Most of the people need stocks with very high yields. I don’t because my private wealth is high enough to catch the dividend payments and live off it. In the past, I often thought it would be the only solution to put all my money into the highest yielding stocks with the most attractive fundamentals. This strategy failed and I lost much money within the closed-end shipping industry. That was a big mistake from which I learned and I like to share this with you.

Please don’t put all your money into one stock or make a single bet on a high-yield stock. This is very risky. That’s all I can say. Make a good research and try to avoid an overweighting of a stock or asset theme.

Each month, I made a regular screen about the stocks with the highest dividend yields because I believe there is a lot of value information in it for my readers. This month, I like to show you the 20 most recommended stocks with a double-digit dividend yield and a higher market capitalization (over USD 300 million). Out there are 95 companies with a very high yield but only 35 have a buy or better recommendation. The REIT industry is still a big player on my screen with 6 representatives.

13 Cheap High Yielding Stocks With Low Volatility

High yielding large capitalized stocks with low beta and cheap price ratios originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". I often look for higher capitalized stocks which give me a margin of safety. I don’t talk about a discount to the fair value or cheap prices. I mean a low volatility stocks. Stocks with a low beta ratio have a lower volatility than the whole market but they also have a lower upside potential if the market goes up. I love low volatility stocks because I am like everybody else an anxious investor when I invest big money on a single bet.

If the low beta stocks also have a low valuation, it could be interesting for me. You can find a full list of higher capitalized high-yield stocks with low beta ratios below. In total, there are 13 companies with a market capitalization over USD 2 billion and a yield above the 5 percent mark that have beta ratios of less than 0.5 and a forward P/E of less than 15.

The results are dominated by residential REITS. I personally don’t like this investment category. Sure you can make money with it but growth is very capital expensive. You sit on your investment and wait for rental price increases or decreasing vacancy rates. That’s not very funny for a long-term growth investor like me. As you see, there is also a huge debt burden on the stocks which exceeds the amount of equity by a few factors. Gas utilities and my favorites from the cigarettes industry are much more interesting.

Five of the results have a very high yield of more than 10 percent and seven have a current buy or better recommendation. What do you think about the screening results? Do you own some of the mentioned stocks? Let me know and discuss the pros and cons in the box below.

20 Highly Recommended Financial Dividend Shares | Stock Buy List

Financial dividend stocks with highest buy recommendation originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". One sector I’ve tried to avoid in the past was the financial sector. I have only stocks from financial services provider like Thomson Reuters or some Stock Exchange Operator like the NYX. Some major investors and hedge funds have started bets on the post financial recovery earlier with no greater success.

The whole financial industry is still in a crises and this should go on. I don’t know how long. Jobs in the industry are still degraded and as long as the interest rates are low and there will be more and more jobs degraded.

Despite the bad sector news, Last year, the financial sector was the top performing bet with a 27.5 percent gain. I missed this opportunity but as of today, I cannot evaluate all the risks within the sector. I have no idea what kind of risk assets banks have and how they manage them.

What do you think about the sector? Do you have some shares from banks or related industries? Let me know and leave a comment in the box below.

Today, I like to show you the 20 best recommended financial stocks with a higher capitalization (over USD 2 billion). Below the results are five with a high yield.

7 High-Yield Canadian Energy Trusts With Monthly Dividend Payments

Canadian Energy Trusts with very high yields and monthly dividends originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Investing money into stocks is hard work and very painful if you make the wrong choices. If you have a focus on dividends like me then you should have a quiet overview of the best dividend paying stocks.

You should also know some of the stocks that pay money to investors on a monthly basis. More than 300 companies pay dividends each month but most of them are trash. I introduced some higher yielding stocks with monthly payments in the past and like to proceed today with seven Canadian Energy Trusts.

Let me clarify one thing. It doesn’t matter how often a company pays its shareholders. It is more important to have a high quality growth stock with a trustful management than a company with a high yield and monthly dividend payments.
