20 Safe Harbor Stocks With Best Yields

Here is a current sheet of 20 safe harbor stocks that have low beta ratios (between 0 and 0.5) and a dividend yield of more than 2 percent. The beta ratio is a popular measure to indentify stocks with a low correlation between the capital markets. Stocks with a beta of 0.5 follow the market by a half; If the stock market crashes by 10 percent, the 0.5 beta stock has loss of 5 percent and vice versa. This statistic rule is based on historical stock data and is no guarantee for future correlation.

The average P/E ratio of my list is 14.14 and the average dividend yield amounts to 3.76 percent. Price to book ratio is 3.94 and price to sales ratio 1.73. The operating margin amounts to 18.17 percent. Stocks are traded at AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ as well as being part of the Dow Jones, S&P 500 or Nasdaq Composite.
