Here is a current sheet of the 15 most overvalued stocks traded on Amercian stock exchanges. Those Stocks have a price to book ratio of more than five, a forward price to earnings ratio of more than 50 as well as a price to sales ratio that is higher than 10.

The average P/E ratio is 126.99 while the average forward P/E ratio amounts to 310.49. Price to book ratio is 26.81 and price to sales ratio 28.69. The average operating margin amounts to 3.10 percent. Stocks are traded at AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ as well as being part of the Dow Jones, S&P 500 or Nasdaq Composite.
