These 6 Dividend Stocks Start To Take-Off

After I've published a few articles about safe dividend stocks and stocks with high cash and low debt ratios, I come back to growth.

Growth is good because it grows the value of your assets too. I ever told that only a growing stock is good but you can only make money with growth stocks if you pay reasonable prices for them.

The market is highly valuated, that's news from the recent quarters and more than true. With P/E multiples above 20, you need high growth to justify this values.

Today, I've created a screen for you that are based on momentum growth. I've discovered stocks with double digit earnings and sales growth.

These are my main criteria:

- Market Cap over $10 billion

- Positive Dividend Yield
- Debt-To-Equity Ratio under 0.5
- 5Y Forecasted Earnings Growth over 5%
- Quarter over Quarter Sales Growth over 10%
- Quarter over Quarter Earnings Growth over 10%
- Only US Home Base

Nineteen stocks fulfilled these criteria of which none yield over 2.5 percent in dividend. That's not much but for growth you can waive a small part of your yield.

Green money should come into your portfolio

Company Factbook: Coach (COH) - A Luxury Retailer With A 3.94% Dividend Yield

Our current Dividend Idea is the luxury apparel stock Coach (COH). The compay has a really bad sentiment. Operational, same store sales are negative and COH plans to shut down some of it's stores. Competition pressure is rising, especially from Michael Kors and Kate Spate but price ratios of them skyrocked. Coach is one of the cheapest luxury retailer in the market and offers a dividend yield close to the 4 percent.

I've created a small report, based on fundamentals and charts about the company. If you love this work and our investment ideas, you can support us by donating the current Company Factbook. We've published over 2,000 articles for free over the recent years and like to keep them free of charge.

I Bought Tupperware Shares For The Dividend Yield Passive Income

Tupperware is the next dividend stock buy for the Dividend Yield Passive Income Portfolio (DYPI). I bought 15 shares of the direct marketing company. Here is a snapshot of the company:

Tupperware Brands Corporation is a global direct seller of products across multiple brands and categories through an independent sales force of 2.8 million. Product brands and categories include design-centric preparation, storage and serving solutions for the kitchen and home through the Tupperware brand and beauty and personal care products through its Armand Dupree, Avroy Shlain, BeautiControl, Fuller, NaturCare, Nutrimetics and Nuvo brands.

Tupperware Earnings and Dividends

The total purchase amount was $1,219 and should bring me around $35 bucks in dividends per year. The current yield amounts to 3.06 percent at a P/E of 23.47. Due to the growth, the forward P/E is at 12.73.

The full-year dividend income of the DYPI-Portfolio is now estimated at $1,766. With 50 percent cash, I plan to reach the $3,000 bucks by the end of this year. All I need to do is to buy a stock each week with a yield above the 3 percent mark. As of now, I’ve achieved this goal. The current yield on cost is at 3.50 percent.

The performance of the stockholdings is at 7.14 percent. Because of the high amount of cash and the slow purchase process, the full portfolio has a performance of 4.04 percent.
