On June 25, 2010, it acquired XTO Energy Inc. by merging a wholly owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil with and into XTO. In October 2010, Global Partners LP acquired retail gasoline stations from Exxon Mobil. In June 2011, the Company acquired Phillips Resources (More on Reuters).
