Dividend Growth Stock Compilation Of The Recent Week

Studies have shown that dividend growth stocks are historically one of the best-performing classes of equities, which are themselves the greatest long-term wealth generators you can own.

That makes intuitive sense, because companies that grow their dividends consistently over time have shareholder-friendly, conservative corporate cultures that have to focus on wise shareholder capital allocation and strong balance sheets.

Attached you will find the latest dividend growth stock compilation of the past week. Each of which is rewarding income investors with rising payouts, and is likely to generate solid long-term total returns in the years and decades to come.

12 Most Profitable Long-Term Dividend Growth Stocks By Net Profit Margin

Net profit margin is a measure of how profitable a company is. It analyzes how much net profit a company generates after accounting for all the costs of running the business, then divides that figure by total revenue.

The other role net profit margin plays is to give us some insight into the nature of the competition a company faces.

High net profit margins often signify a company that has a dominant market share, a dominant product, or operates in an arena where few competitors exist, meaning it has little in the way of pricing power concerns.

In other words, net profit margin can potentially be a useful tool in spotting top-performing companies.

Recently, I wrote about dividend growth stocks with the highest operating margin. Today I like to show you those with the highest net margin.

Here are the results...

15 Long-Term Dividend Grower With The Highest Operating Margin

Many investors never really look at company financials. By neglecting that aspect of their financial education, they miss out on some of the most useful information that financial data can provide.

In particular, measures like margins can tell you how efficient a company is in converting the sales it generates into profits for shareholders.

One type of margin known as operating margin focuses on an intermediate step in the financial statement, and it's something that you can use to focus on the core elements of a business to see how profitable it is.

The operating margin show us how many of a dollar revenue is profit for paying interest and taxes. The higher the value, the better it is for investors. It tells us also a lot about the market strength of a corporate and their pricing power.

If margins are low, you may own only a small piece of the supply chain and the cake. Remember retailer. They have a damn low margin, which is in general not bad but they offer only a small part of the whole product development and marketing cycle.

They just sell the product. Attached you will find a couple of dividend paying long-term raiser stocks with the highest margin on the market. I observed only the group of Dividend Champions.

Over the next days I will also show you those stocks with the highest net income profit margin. The difference between them and today's results is that they could have less debt. That's one reason why they have higher margins in the end.

16 Most Profitable Dividend Champions By Net Profit Margin

By definition, profitability ratios measure a company's ability to generate profit for the owners. There are dozens of profitability ratios that could be used, each measuring a company's profit against a desired benchmark such as sales, assets, or equity.

However, the key to a profitability ratio isn't the number itself, but how that number compares in relation with a company's peers or its own history.

Investing is really about one thing and one thing only: the ability to participate alongside the profit generating ability of a business.

With profits at the very foundation of investing, it means that investors need to have a firm grasp on the ability of a company they're investing in to turn a profit. The best way to gauge how well a company is doing in that regard is to take a closer look at its profitability ratios to see how that company really stacks up. There are three profitability ratios in particular that every investor really should know.

While there are a number of profitability ratios that measure a company's ability to generate profit from the sales or services it provides, one of the most important is the net profit margin. It tells us what percentage of revenue a company keeps after all its bills are paid. The formula is: Net Margin = (Net Income or Loss) / Sales.

Recently, I've published an article about stocks with high Margins. My guess is that they have a real competitive advantage by realizing such high margins. Under the results were many non-dividend paying companies or stocks that have recently started to pay dividends like Apple and Blackrock.

Attached, you can find a list of stocks with the highest net profit margin below the Dividend Champions League. Those stocks have raised Dividends by more than 25 consecutive years.

In total, 16 stocks matched my criteria of net profit margins above 20%.

35 Companies To Pay More Cash For Its Owners

The markets drive into panic while volatility is rising. Did you buy some stocks during the small sell-off?

I did but only one micro position. I still believe that the markets are too expensive and wait.

No, the world will not go down! That's something I can promise you whatever happens. If the markets falls he will one day recover because of the growing world population who wants to satisfy their desires.

The national monetary banks are printing money and they won't keep cash expensive. Everybody should be liquid and the economic growth and employment figures are more important than inflation, that's the key statement of the FED.

In general, I love it when stock prices fall because companies become cheaper and one day I can buy a high quality company for a solid price. Dividends and share buybacks are also two shareholder friendly activities about which I care.

I like to see that the company not only pays dividends to satisfy their shareholder, they should grow their sales, income and dividends as well.

All of this actions is only sustainable if the corporate structure grows, if the firm employs more people, sells more units at the same margin.

I told you and my friends: Only a growing company is a good company and those will give your portfolio a raise when you haven't overpaid them.

During the past week, a few companies raised their dividends and announced a new stock buyback program. The biggest dividend growers are Goldman Sachs, Enterprise Products Partners as well as Texas Instruments.

On the share buyback side, 14 companies announced a new or additional buyback plan. Brown-Forman, GAP and J.M. Smucker are the biggest stocks on the list.
