20 Cashflow Strong Stocks With 3.5% to 12.8% Dividend Yields And Potential To Hike

Investors love dividend stocks, even during times of turmoil. Some focus on current income, while others track the correlation between dividend increases and outperformance.

Cash flow is a key issue in investing. It's in my view a better view on the earnings power of a company. Even better is the free cash flow, that's the amount of operating cash ex capital spending.

Those amounts of money could fully used for dividends, investment (Mergers, Acquisitions), share buybacks and more.

As a follow-up to our look at companies with high free cash flow that could be used to raise dividends, we decided to take a broader and simpler approach to list dividend stocks favored the most by analysts.

Analysts say a lot about stocks and often they are wrong with their opinion. Don't put too much trust in their work. The do the same as you, simple desk research and often your results will be better.

Stay Away From These 25 Stocks When The Fed Hikes Rates

Companies with variable/floating-rate debt are more immediately impacted (negatively) by a rate hike than companies with fixed rate debt.

It's easy to understand that a corporate with high debt and rising rates should lose earnings in the end. Attached you can find a list of companies that may lose values due to a soon rate hike.

I'm not a fan of highly leveraged companies. I know the hefty disadvantages from a debt burden but sometimes there could be some advantages appear. Just remember the tax benefits you should gain or return boosts due to a higher leverage.

Also interesting was the development from ABInbev. Those shares fall like a stone during the financial crisis in 2008/2009. After the freefall, when they found their bottom, they created massive values for investors with risk appetite.

It’s not always bad to invest into companies with a high leverage. You must consider each investment isolated.

Sometimes, when the underlying business is stable, you should find a real investment opportunity.

Attached is a small list of stocks that may offer a higher risk when the rates start to rise.

The best yielding and biggest ex-dividend stocks researched by ”long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Investors should have a quiet overview of stocks with upcoming ex dividend dates.

50 Shares With Fastest Dividend Growth In April 2013

Shares with highest dividend growth researched by Dividend Yield – Stock, Capital, Investment. Only a growing business is a good business; that’s a major rule in economics. But growth is not all. Investors want a part of the company’s success; they want growing dividends at high rates.

Sometimes, predatory investors and some activists try to steal some of the company’s assets and force a dividend payment which is much higher than the current earnings. Those activities are bad for the stock price.

Good dividend hikes are such ones that are in-line with a healthy growing operational business. They reflect a solid growing business with a trustful management who wants to share the company’s success with the ownership.

It’s easy to discover good and bad dividend growth. All you need is to look at the earnings developments and debt changes.

Today I run my screen of the 50 fastest dividend growers from the recent month. Below the results are again some pretty good stocks with very good growth rates. All stocks have a double-digit growth rate. The average dividend growth of the 50 best stocks amounts to 73.26 percent. The average yield is still at 3.77 percent.
