10 Dividend Champions With Very Low Payout Ratios - The Next Big Dividend Grower?

Dividend Champions with low payout ratios and small debt figures originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Dividend Champions are stocks with a very long history of consecutive dividend hikes. They have achieved to boost dividends year over year for more than 25 years without an interruption.

Only 105 stocks have managed this very important goal for long-term dividend growth investors. I like those stocks but some of them have a really high dividend payout ratio.

Earlier, I talked about the importance of the dividend growth rate and that it would be better to buy lower yielding stocks with a much higher growth rate than stocks with very big yields. Two main criteria for future dividend growth are the debt ratios and dividend payout figures.

This month, I started an article serial about dividend stocks with potential to boost dividends. Today I would like to present you Dividend Champions with the lowest dividend payouts. Only 10 income growth firms have a payout ratio of less than 20 percent. Seven of them are currently recommended to buy.

Most of them are modestly leveraged. Not low but also not too high but the right leverage ratio is also a question of the business model and the strong cash-flow of a corporate as well as the costs for growth.

Technology dividend stocks with low payout ratios and debt figures originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Today I would like to go forward with my article serial about low leveraged stocks from several sectors with currently small dividend payouts. I will discover some of the greatest low leveraged technology stocks on the market with also low dividend payout ratios.

My criteria are still a low dividend payout ratio of less than 20 percent as well as a debt-to-equity ratio under 0.5. In order to get only higher capitalized stocks, I decided to choose only those companies with a market cap of more than USD 2 billion.

Fourteen shares fulfilled these criteria of which eleven got a buy or better rating.

100 Most Bought Stocks By Investment Gurus

100 most bought stocks by investment professionals originally published on Dividend Yield – Stock, Capital, Investment. I love it to see how the big investors act on the market. Some of them have a really interesting and creative investing strategy which works only with huge amounts of capital.

Some hedge funds play with money and try to boost its return by ignoring a good diversification. But if they know the business and management team the risk might be lower as for desk research investors like us.

However, each month I publish a little list about the largest stock buys from 49 super investors. I analyze how often a stock was bought over the recent six months and ranked them in my 100 best guru buy list. All super gurus combined bought 655 stocks within the recent half year.

In my view, it’s a good tool to look at the activities of guru investors in the market because they have big money in their pockets and if they invest combined, they could change the market very easily.

Their attitude to stocks is also lightning the way to return, not always but sometimes because the media notices the portfolio changes of the hedge fund managers and create additional publicity.

Technology is still the place to be for the investment guru’s. I think that they have noticed the huge cash reserves of Apple and the other stocks. Not enough, most of them are very profitable and grow further despite they don’t have new technologies developed.
