Stocks For The Next Decade Each Safe Haven Investor Need To Know

When it comes to times of uncertainty and volatility, nothing beats safe haven stocks. What are they? They are dividend stocks with high yields and minimal risk as compared to other stocks.

You might have noticed that the federal banks flooding the markets with cheap money and investors started to get greedy by taking more and more debt to buy stocks higher and bonds extraordinary higher.

Those times come to an end if rates rise or something else crosses like weak economic data. This time, the strong dollar could bring the rally to an end.

Today I like to show you 13 stocks with cheap price ratios and an extremely stable business model that can resist the greatest market storm. It does not mean that the stock price goes down but with every recession those stocks become stronger and stronger.

These are my ideas. What do you guess?

8 Attractive Looking Dividend Growth Companies

The recent small sell-off gave me an opportunity to look at the current dividend achievers lists; those also include lists of Champions, Contenders and Aristocrats.

I've looked for cheap opportunities with a solid growing business. ACE and TROW were both stocks that cached my thoughts in the recent days. For sure, their yields stand only at 2.54 and 2.67 percent as well but remember that they pay only a small amount of money to shareholders while the business models enables it to pay much more.

ACE also started to buy bigger amounts of own shares. That's fantastic because in the past, they thrown only shares on the market to finance growth.

TROW paid a special dividend earlier this year but still has enough capability to raise dividends in the future. The current payout is only around 40 percent with no debt on balance sheets.

Here are the top picks from my screening results. Which do you like?

11 Oversold Dividend Growth Stocks With Cheap P/E's And Growth Forecast

When a stock price falls, I believe that a high quality company becomes cheaper and more attractive. That is a good thing in my view.

Today I like to share eleven stocks with an oversold label, measured by an RSI-40 level.

I've compiled only stocks with 10 or more years of consecutive dividend growth. In addition, on the list are only stocks with a low forward P/E as well as expected earnings growth of more than 5 percent for the next five years.

These are the results....

8 Dividend Grower With Very Low Debt Ratios

When we talk about safe dividend stocks, one criteria that makes the company more secure is cash or low debt.

The financial situation of a corporate is very essential for the future success. Only with low debt and cash on banks, a firm has enough potential to act independent. They don't need to look for new capital injections to finance growth or repay debt.

Today I like to show you those large cap stocks with a longer dividend growth history that have the lowest debt-to-equity ratio.

They have extremly low ratios of less than 0.1. Which stocks do you like?

These are the results...

Maybe The 3 Most Undervalued High-Quality Dividend Stocks

Stock prices go up and down in a very short period of time. A gain of someone is also a loss for a different person or group.

There are times in which investors are greedy and there are times on which they are fearful and sell assets below their fair or intrinsic value.

The stock market is giving opportunistic investors an opportunity to load up on these well-known blue-chip stocks at attractive prices.

There are three high-quality dividend stocks that have seen their share prices fall 10% or more in the last 12 months and are worth buying right now to take advantage of the discount.

Today I like to show you these top picks which have a bad sentiment but true values to offer. These are my results:

These 15 Stocks Could Double Their Dividends

Dividend growth is more important than yield, that's a major issue from the dividend growth investing space.

The reason is simple, a fast growing stock that reinvest all of their generated money, could overtake every higher yielding and slow growing stock in a few years.

Today I like to show you 15 Dividend Achievers, stocks with a history of growing dividends of more than 10 years without a break, that have potential to double their dividends.

My criteria:
- Debt-to-equity of less than 0.2
- Low payout ratio under 30%
- positive earnings growth over 5% yearly

Here are my favorites...

7 Attractive Dividend Growth Stocks With Solid Yields And Low Price Ratios

Recently the Federal Reserve downgraded its expectations for inflation going forward, Fed watchers concluded that September would be the earliest that hiking would begin, and even then it would proceed at a much slower pace than previously feared.

Investors care much about the activities of the Fed, more than doing own research, reading annual reports and thinking in worst and best cases of their portfolio allocation.

I can nothing change in the Fed policy which will ever be offensive because the aim is to simulate the economy. Yes, markets could be overvalued due to low manipulated interest rates but even in a broadly overpriced U.S. market, we can still find solid deals on dividend stocks. If bought at a reasonable price, a good dividend stock offers both a competitive current yield and a strong probability of dividend growth.

Here are seven Dividend Achievers, stocks with a history of growing dividends of more than 10 consecutive years, with attractive fundamentals. The forward P/E is under 15 while earnings are expected to grow by more than 5 percent over the next five years. Sales also grew by more than 5 percent yearly in the past years.

If you are looking for more stocks with an attractive valuation, you should real my articles from this category.

11 Dividend Achievers With Strong Buy Rating

Are you looking for stocks that are worth to buy? Sure, we all do! Today I like to show you some of the stocks with the highest buy rating within the Dividend Growth space.

I've compiled all Dividend Achievers, stocks that have raised dividends over a period of at least 10 years without a break, and selected them by the highest analyst rating.

Currently, 167 companies (nearly half of the results) have a buy or better rating. Finally, eleven stocks got a strong buy rating. These are my 4 favorite results:

7 Stocks With The Longest Dividend Growth History

Many investors love dividend growth but there is only a dozen of stocks with a dividend history over 50 consecutive years. Those stocks are called "Dividend Kings".

Today I like to highlight stocks that could hit a new record this year by jumping over the magic 60th years barrier.

As of today, only one stock has managed this goal; it's the water utility American States Water. Attached are seven top stocks that could hit the magic 60 rule within the next two years.

15 Cheap Dividend Achievers With Solid Fundamentals (ADM, QCOM, GPS, NSC ...)

While the markets hit new all time highs on a regular basis, each investor fears the power of a strong market correction; me too!

I'm watching the markets and buy only stocks on a very selective and very restrictive basis. I like to buy stock when everybody is anxious.

Today I've compiled 15 Dividend Achievers, stocks with more than 10 years of consecutive dividend growth, with attractive fundamentals and solid growth forecasts.

I believe in return of high yielding and cheap stocks. If the company grows earnings and sales and you pay a good price, you must get a higher price for your investment one day.

Each of the 15 stocks has a market capitalization over USD 2 billion and a low forward price-to-earnings ratio.

In addition, earnings are expected to grow at a double-digit pace within the next five years and more equity is available than debt.

These are my top results...

These 8 Dividend Stocks Bubbling Cash Like Lava Gold Mines (Part II)

If you like to make money on the stock market like me, you need a clear vision and strategy about how to make money.

Are you an income investor who likes to receive dividends or are you a short-term orientated trader with focus on quick profits?

I'm focused on long-term growth with growing income. In my view, only over a long period of time, stocks can double and develop their full asset potential.

I've recently published a small article about stocks with high free cash flows, companies that earn so much money from its operations and they have no need or desire to invest this money.

I love those companies but the source of income should also be reliable. Only cash that comes over years and decades will deliver a good return for you.

In my first article about Cash Cows that produce money like milk, I've compiled some of the top yielding stocks with low reinvestment rates.

Most of the top yielding stocks come from the technology sector and they also plan to buyback a significant amount of own shares which is also very good for the stock price.

Today I like to go forward and introduce the rest of my research results. They have in average a smaller yield but should be also attractive. A big part of the results come from the financial sector. Asset Managers and Stock Exchange Operators are top.

Flood of money should come into your pocket

8 latest stocks with strong cash income sources are...

6 Stocks With A High Possibility To Double Dividends

Dividend growth investors like me don't look at high yielding stocks. I am looking for companies that hike their dividends and my income very fast.

I like to see that my personal income from dividends is rising but only healthy growing stocks can give me such an opportunity.

I'm looking each day for good bargains on the stock market but only a few companies can give me a huge possibility to double dividends over a few years.

Debt and growth are two very important factors when you look at rising dividends. But those two figures are no warranty for good returns. I'm talking about high valuations. If you buy at high prices or big P/E ratios, you will definitely loose money despite your growing dividend income.

Below are six stocks with low debt ratios and solid earnings growth predictions. Most of them have a P/E between 15 and 20. Not too expensive but when money is flooding out of the market, those valuations can shrink to 10 to 15. The good thing is that you can easily buy shares at 50 percent higher yields.

6 top large caps with a big change to double dividends are....

9 Dividend Achievers With A Strong Buy Rating

Analysts often have a good sense about the development of stocks due to their intensive research related to the company.

Not all analysts predict the correct economic development but they do a very good basic desk research and they have conversations with the management teams of the company, so not many people a as good informed as analysts.

Today I've listed all stocks with more than 10 years of consecutive dividend growth (Dividend Achievers) and a strong buy rating. Only nine companies have received the highest buy rating by analysts. Six of them are listed on the technology stock exchange NASDAQ.

Only four firms have a market capitalization over one billion US-Dollar. Keep in mind that those stocks also contain a higher risk for invvestors.

The only 9 Dividend Achievers with a strong buy rating are....

8 Impressive Dividend Aristocrats With Good Yields For 2014

The year 2014 recently started and all investors must place their bets for the full year. Of course, stock investing is no game and each investor can buy and sell stocks each day but long-term orientated investors have a longer orientated view. They like to invest money into growing stocks with solid fundamentals.

Due to corporate growth, higher sales and earnings will hike the company at a new level and investors should benefit from these effects by receiving higher dividends.

One index that covers stocks with the longest history in rising dividends is the Dividend Aristocrats Index. Members of the index have achieved to hike its payments to shareholders over more than 25 consecutive years. That's a great number in my view.

Below are 8 of the actual most impressive Dividend Aristocrats with attractive dividend yields.

17 High Yielding Dividend Achievers | Cheap Income Growth Stocks

Dividend income growth stocks with high yields and low price-to-earnings ratios originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. High yielding stocks in a low interest environment is the only solution to hedge your assets against inflation.

But high yielding stocks are rare when the Fed keeps its leading interest rates close to zero percent and pull the market loan rates via bond purchases to the ground. But the inflation risk is still aware and you will get poorer over the time.

I stopped purchasing stocks for my own accounts since the beginning of the year. It was a wrong decision because equities are now more expensive. I don’t believe that they are still cheap, more likely fair valuated or slightly overpriced.

It’s very hard to discover good stocks with solid dividend growth and high yields. I talk about yields over 3 percent and not the big risk including stocks with yields far above 5 percent.

Today I would like to screen the High-Dividend Achievers Index by stocks with inflation adequate yields and low price-to-earnings ratios. I prefer a ratio of the forward P/E below 15. Only 17 of 50 index members fulfilled these criteria. You can find a detailed list of these stocks attached.

Two High-Yields are part of the results and five received a current buy or better rating. Banks and utilities are the dominating industries on the list.

11 Great Dividend Growth Stocks With Low Debt

Great dividend paying stocks with low debt ratios originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Dividend growth is wonderful but it does not mean a good return in the end. Out there are also stocks that hiked dividends over 10 years or more but they delivered only a 3 percent annual return of which 2 percent are explainable to cash dividend payments.

A good dividend growth stocks is a pick that delivers adequate returns far above the expected inflation rate. Nobody knows which stock can give you this but one critical factor is the amount of debt. A low leveraged stock has more possibilities to grow in an easy way.

Today I would like to share some great dividend stocks with low debt ratios. Great dividend stocks are those stocks that have delivered good growth and high returns combined in the past.

I used a restriction of a debt to equity ratio of 0.5 percent. Eleven stocks fulfilled my criteria of which six are recommended to buy.

15 Cheap International Dividend Achievers | Foreign Dividend Growth Stocks

Cheap international Dividend Achievers originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. The search for high quality dividend stocks is the basis of my research. I always look for stocks with a good dividend history and potential to hike future dividends.

My results often come from the American stocks but you can find overseas also some good dividend growth players with potential to grow further. For sure the rest of the world doesn’t have so many stocks with a long history of rising dividends but there are a few attractive candidates.

Today I would like to look at some International Dividend Achievers. Those stocks have raised dividends for at least five consecutive years. In this article, I will present you the 15 cheapest stocks with positive 5-Year earnings per share growth expectations. Two High-Yields are part of the results and seven of the cheapest foreign dividend stocks have a current buy or better rating.

16 Really Cheap International Dividend Achievers

Bargains from the International Dividend Achievers Index originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". If you like to make money with dividend stocks or you are a dividend growth investor, you should have a quiet overview of the best dividend paying stocks from abroad.

Sure, I know that you can enumerate all Dividend Achievers from the United States. Those stocks have raised their dividends over a period of more than 10 consecutive years. But if you should do the same with European stocks, you would fail.

What is different compared to U.S. Dividend Achievers? The effort in dividend growth is lighter. Stocks need to increase dividends uninterrupted over 5 years or more. In additon, the stocks must be incorporated outside the U.S. but must be listed on a U.S. or U.K. Stock Exchange.

Why is dividend investing so important? I am a private trader and made most of my wealth through trading of high-quality dividend growth stocks. Over the recent 10 years, around 1/3 of my performance was made with dividend payments.

Today I try to find some really cheap stocks below the International Dividend Achievers Index. The forward P/E should be under 10. Only 16 of 51 stocks meet these criteria. Eleven of them are currently recommended to buy.

Hottest Dividend Growth Stocks | 20 Best Buy Rated Dividend Achievers

Many people have a strong opinion to the development of stocks. Analysts and brokerage firms are professionals who spread opinions across the financial markets. Sometimes they get paid, sometimes they are long or short and benefit from asset price changes. However, there is still a reason for analyst ratings. I wanted to know what do the professionals think about the best dividend growth stocks and which stocks do they recommend mostly for the time being. In order to find the answer, I run a screen of stocks with more than 10 consecutive years of dividend growth and sorted them by the highest recommendation. As a result, nearly half of the Dividend Achievers have a current buy or better rating. Below is a list of the 20 best buy rated stocks.
