Large
capitalized dividend growth stocks from foreign countries originally published
at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Europe is still on fire.
The economy is in a triple dip recession and the European member states cut spending.
The unemployment is high but every economic depression could be a solid basis for
future engagements in the stock market. Today I like to scout for some dividend
growth opportunities outside the United States.
I screened
my database of stocks with a consecutive dividend increase of at least five years
by foreign stocks. Around 35 (approx. 8 percent) of them have headquarters abroad.
Below is a small list of the 20 biggest results. 11 of them are currently recommended
to buy. Canada is the most represented country in the screen.

17 Safest Stocks From The Financial Sector
Financial stocks with low beta ratios and high
market capitalization originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". The financial
sector is still under fire. Low interest rates and higher risks within the bond
buying industry make it hard to earn money on investments. As a result, thousands of people
lose their job and the sector is shrinking. Bank of America cut its workforce by over 30,000
people and their competitors follow.
Not everything is bad within the financial
sector. If you have followed my screens over the past months, you could
find there more and more good looking banks and asset managers as well as insurers.
Today I like to discover the best yielding dividend stocks from the financial sector with real safe heaven characteristics. My criteria
are:
- Market Capitalization
over USD 10 billion
- Beta ratio below 1
The stock should have a lower volatility than
the overall market. For sure, these are not the only trigger ratios to seek out
the highest degree of stability for a stock. Especially in the financial sector
are more risks than in other industries. Banks are still black boxes because you
never know what kind of risk exposure they have in detail.
The screen produced 17 stocks of which two have
a double-digit yield. Eight of them are currently recommended to buy.
Ex-Dividend Stocks: Best Dividend Paying Shares On March 26, 2013
The best yielding and biggest
ex-dividend stocks researched by ”long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Investors
should have a quiet overview of stocks with upcoming ex dividend dates.
The ex dividend date is the
final date on which the new stock buyer couldn’t receive the next dividend. If
you like to receive the dividend, you need to buy the stock before the ex dividend
date. I made a little screen of the best yielding stocks with a higher
capitalization that have their ex date on the next trading day.
A full list of all stocks
with payment dates can be found here: Ex-Dividend Stocks March 26,
2013. In total, 128 stocks and
preferred shares go ex dividend - of which 65 yield more than 3 percent. The
average yield amounts to 4.72%.

20 Of Europe’s Best Recommended Dividend Stocks
Best
yielding dividend stocks from Europe with buy rating published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Europe’s roof is on
fire due to the debt crises. That was one of the major headlines in the press
of the recent year. Sure, the fire still burns but the worst seems to be over.
Europe’s economy still has values. It’s also an export-driven mainland with a GDP of 13,076 billion, the second largest figure in the world. Certainly, the economy is weak, unemployment rates are at a high level of 11.8 percent and growth slows with a contracting GDP growth of -0.6 percent year over year.
But the currency market turns and reaches the highest value since the debt crises was debated. More and more money comes back to Europe mainly because the ECBs easing policy which is one of the most reserved below the leading industrialized national banks.
Europe is not dead and I like to show you the best yielding investment opportunities with a current buy rating and a listing in the United States. 162 companies with headquarter in Europe are listed on an American Stock Exchange. 102 of them pay dividends and 57 have a current buy or better rating. In order to exclude the stocks with a higher risk due to a small business model, I selected only stocks with a market capitalization over USD 10 billion. 41 stocks still remain.
You can find a list of the 20 most recommended stocks below. The list shows that Europe has still completive companies with a dominant market position. I think about Novo Nordisk or Anheuser Bush. Also Deutsche Bank and National Grid are leading players.
