My Top Stocks From The International Dividend Achievers Index

Why Dividends Matter? Companies that pay regular dividends tend to be in better financial health and produce sustained earnings and revenue growth.

Dividends help identify well-managed companies; every dividend declaration represents a promise by management and a vote of confidence by the board of directors in the company's leadership.

Companies that consistently raise their dividend payouts also raise the bar on their own performance expectations.

Shares of dividend-paying companies possess built-in value that makes them generally more resilient in down markets, with solid appreciation potential during earnings-driven market upturns — with less price volatility.

That's the theory. In real, there are several indices you can follow in order to discover the best dividend paying stocks.

Very poplular are Dividend Aristocrats and the CCC Lists. But those have in common that they are focussed on national domiciled stocks.

For sure, on an international basis, the number of stocks with a long dividend growth history is very limited. That's the reason why we need to turn down the classic rules of Dividend Growth.

Today I screened the lists of International Dividend Achievers, stocks with more than 5 consecutive years of dividend growth by companies with good looking fundamentals and growth perspectives.

Attached you will find 17 of my top results. The list contains 6 stocks with a yield over 4 percent.

Here are the results...

15 Cheap International Dividend Achievers | Foreign Dividend Growth Stocks

Cheap international Dividend Achievers originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. The search for high quality dividend stocks is the basis of my research. I always look for stocks with a good dividend history and potential to hike future dividends.

My results often come from the American stocks but you can find overseas also some good dividend growth players with potential to grow further. For sure the rest of the world doesn’t have so many stocks with a long history of rising dividends but there are a few attractive candidates.

Today I would like to look at some International Dividend Achievers. Those stocks have raised dividends for at least five consecutive years. In this article, I will present you the 15 cheapest stocks with positive 5-Year earnings per share growth expectations. Two High-Yields are part of the results and seven of the cheapest foreign dividend stocks have a current buy or better rating.

5 Stocks and 5 Funds Announced A Dividend Growth Last Week

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. We’ve reached new lows in weekly dividend hikes. Last week, only five stocks and five additional funds announced a dividend hike. That’s not much but the big dividend growth stocks have increased their payments earlier this year. The others still have 6 month or more to met the straight criteria of a real dividend Champion, Challenger or Contender.

Below is a detailed look of the five dividend growth stocks from last week. You can find additional information in the attached table. Despite the low number of dividend growth stocks and funds, the power of is still impressive. 62.35 percent, that’s the rate of dividend growth.

16 Cheap Latin America Stocks With Good Dividends

Large capitalized stocks from Latin America with low forward P/E’s and good dividend yields originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com".

Yesterday I published a small list of the best yielding Asian dividend stocks with a low forward price to earnings ratio. Today I like to change the country and go forward with the Latin America region.

It’s a hopeful region to seek for growth. If you have no idea where to find good yields in your own country, you should start to look aboard. But be careful, foreign stocks have higher risks because of the additional currency risk and the small diversified companies.

My criteria are still:

- Market Capitalization over USD 10 billion
- Positive Dividend Yield
- Forward P/E below 15

Sixteen stocks fulfilled the mentioned criteria of which eight have a current buy or better recommendation.

19 Highest Dividend Paying Stocks From The Wireless Communication Industry

The highest yielding dividend paying stocks from the wireless communication sector originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com".

We are on the third stage of the internet area and everything goes mobile. Today I like to search some opportunities from the wireless communication sector. The industry has some very high yielding stocks with a double-digit yield. Most of the companies still have a relationship to the big telecom services provider.

The whole industry has 37 stocks listed of which 19 pay dividends. The average yield of the industry amounts to 4.5 percent. It’s the fifth highest yielding industry from the technology sector. The average industry P/E is 14.8 - not very high but growth is cyclic.

Linked is a list of the highest yielding stocks from the wireless communication industry.

26 Technology Growth Stocks With Highest Dividend Payments

Stocks from the technology sector with strong growth and high dividends originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com".

We all know that there are great investment opportunities within the technology sector. Think at Facebook or Google. Both are great companies and they made early stage investors very rich – mostly investors of the pre-capital market area.

Sure the field is not a great source for income investors because the companies need money to finance growth and perspectives and possibilities are really huge.

Not all companies have the ability manage growth in a successful way. They try hard but it doesn’t work. Think at Blackberry or Microsoft. Other companies with a solid market position have changed their statement to the financial market: They like to pay good dividends because they sit on big cash mountains and find no risk-adjusted way to grow. Cisco Systems or Microsoft are two stocks with strong growing dividends.

The biggest yields from the technology sector come from telecom companies. Those are also stocks with huge debt amounts and the slowest sector growth. But there are still some good yielding stocks with mid-term growth perspectives. Today, I like to show you the best yielding higher capitalized stocks with double-digit expected earnings per share growth.

Twenty-six stocks from the tech sector fulfilled these criteria. Most of the results come from the communication equipment industry. This is a hard playing industry were you have a higher downside risk as stock trader. But you can find some attractive stocks on the list below.

My Best Technology Stock Picks For 2013

Every time, I am searching for the best investment opportunities at the market. The year goes by and I have to consider ideas for the next year. Today, I like to focus on technology, a field that is very underweighted in my private portfolio. I am looking for growth stocks with cheap price ratios and high-quality margins. That’s why I screened the technology sector by stocks with a forward P/E ratio of less than 15, a sales growth over the past five years of more than 10 percent as well as an operating margin above 10 percent. In order to exclude low capitalized stocks, the market capitalization should be over USD 10 billion.

Exactly thirteen stocks fulfilled these criteria of which nine technology stocks pay dividends – Eight have a buy or better recommendation.
