We are talking a lot about capital return secured by dividends. Growth is an essential element to create wealth.
Dividends give you a regual income and hedge you against capital losses. They are no wealth driver in general.
Today I would like to present a couple of stocks that tenfold over the past six years. Each of the companies generated a stock return over 1000% since 2009.
There are not many companies on the list, only 53. Most of them are high growth names like Starbucks, Netflix, Priceline or Expedia.
The financial crisis also gave investors the great opportunity to buy high-quality businesses for a really cheap price. Especially high leveraged stocks with big debt burden or companies with cyclic products were traded at deep discounts.
Here is a table of percentage moves from the March 9, 2009 stock market bottom for 54 stocks with returns over 1,000% listed in alphabetical order.
These are the results...

24 Stocks With Higher Dividend Payments (Announced Within The Past Week)
24 stocks announced a growing
dividend in the past week. The biggest names were Illinois Tool Works, Expedia,
Hershey and Broadridge Financial Solutions.
Big is beautiful
but to pay a high price for growth or more safety is also irrational. In terms
of cheapness, measured by forward P/E's are Avnet, State National and Ares
Management the top picks.
Asset managers
become the latest stocks on my cheap dividend plays but the industry also faces
a strong headwind of out flooding money. How it will end in the mid-term is a
question of believe. I do think that AUM will growth in the future but there is
still a high sensibility to financial crisis and depressions.
However, let's
face the facts. These are the latest dividend growers. Attached is also a list
of the 20 biggest stocks with dividend growth in the past week. Which do you like?

54 Stocks And 4 Funds With A Higher Dividend Payment
Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally
published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com.
I like it to see dividends grow. It’s a very good sign from the company to give
money back to stockholders and share corporate profits.
For the time being, we are in a bullish market and the
Federal Reserve is flooding the market with cheap money. These are the main
forces for the strong stock market. But a growing dividend is not only a sign
of a technical reaction, it’s much more. A dividend growth shows normally that
the operating business runs well. Last week, 54 stocks and 4 additional funds
announced a higher dividend payment. I published all stocks with dividend
growth from the recent week in the attached dividend list. In average, stocks
from the list of the latest dividend growth stocks have increased their
dividend payments by 17.11 percent.
50 Shares With Fastest Dividend Growth In July 2013
Stocks with highest dividend
growth researched by Dividend Yield – Stock, Capital,
Investment. Dividends are back: The numbers
of shares with a solid dividend grow accelerated within the recent weeks to old
levels and a few big names are below the fastest growing dividend stocks from the
past month. Names like McKesson, Wendy’s or Hershey. You might have noticed the
dividend growth if you read some of the latest articles on my blog.
Today would like to give you
an update of the 50 fastest dividend growers from the recent month. Below the
results are again some pretty good stocks with very good growth rates. The
average dividend growth of the 50 best stocks amounts to 45.11 percent. Four of
the 50 dividend growers have a double-digit dividend yield and ten a high-yield
over 5 percent. Around half of the results still have a buy or better rating.
