13 Potential Dividend Kings To Buy For The Next Decade

Long-term dividend growth has a big lack. It focuses only on stocks with a long-term dividend hike.

If a company pays no dividend but buys back tons of its own stock, it means not that the company is bad. The company has the same quality but will not see as a long-term dividend growth investment.

That's one reason why I'm trying to put some buyback kings into the screen. Another lack is that future dividend kings, who are only 3 years on the market and paid two years dividends to the public, will not be included into the search results.

For sure those stocks with a short business age also offer higher risks, but sometimes the business runs for decades but was private.

Today I like to show you a few interesting stocks that have risen dividends over more than 5 consecutive years. Each of the stocks could become a dividend champion or dividend king one day.

But the risk to fail is also higher than for stocks that are still playing the dividend champions league. Exactly 412 stocks managed to grow dividends over more than 5 years.

Here are my personal favorites...

18 Fast Growing Dividend Jewels You Should Consider

The Brexit dominates the market in several ways. He creates massive uncertainty, especially within the foreign exchange market which affects so many businesses around the world.

The news is that those effects are limited. The big cake is still in America and the rest of the world. That’s also one reason why I want to screen the domestic market by stocks which are less affected by currency fluctuations.

I like high margin companies that are big enough to finance its own growth without taking debt or issuing shares.

Finally, shareholders should get a decent amount of money as compensation for their risk and rental for their money.

Today’s stock market screen tries to capture this issue in a special way.

Here are my criteria:

- Market Capitalization over USD 2 Billion
- Positive Dividend Yield
- EPS to Grow By More Than 10% for The Next Half Decade
- Debt/Equity Under 0.5
- Operating Margin over 15%
- Positive Return on Assets
- Forward P/E under 15

Exactly eighteen stocks fulfilled the above mentioned criteria of which five paying dividends over 3 percent.

16 of the results are currently recommended to buy.

These are my five favorites from the screening results...

The Cheapest Stocks On Deutsche Bank’s List Of The 30 S&P 500 Constituents

Attached you can find a great list from Deutsche Bank. It's a very detailed list with P/E's, EPS growth, yield and buyback yield.

All of the qualifying companies have a market capitalization > $10 billion, trade at a 2015 P/E of less than 22 and are expected to report positive earnings growth this year.

Also, Deutsche Bank’s equity research team has calculated a Net Buyback Yield for each of its 30 stock picks (trailing 12-month buyback expenditures less option exercise proceeds and less stock option expense / Market Cap).

The cheapest stocks on Deutsche Bank’s list of the 30 S&P 500 stocks to buy are Bank of America Corp (2015 P/E of 12.6), JPMorgan Chase & Co (11.3), SunTrust Banks Inc (12.3), Ameriprise Financial Inc (12.4), Mylan Inc (11.9), American Airlines Group Inc (4.7), United Continental Holdings Inc (4.9) and Exelon Corp (11.3).

20 Stocks With Sustainable Dividend Growth Potential And Yields Up To 5.17%

Did you ever wonder why some companies pay dividends while others don't?

There are several factors that influence whether or not a company pays a dividend and how much it chooses to pay.

While there are too many possible factors to list here, these are some of the most influential.

- Payout Ratio
- Debt Level
- Growth (growing profits)
- Economic Environment
- Busines Model
- Less need of investment

Dividend payments are very complicated. These are a few hundrets that pay dividends regular over decades. A fewer number of stocks have grown dividends over decades.

Income stability is one of the top factors in determining dividend policies. Specifically, established companies with stable, predictable income streams are more likely to pay dividends than companies with growing or volatile income.

Newer and rapidly growing companies rarely pay dividends, as they prefer to invest their profits back into the company to fuel even more future growth. And, companies with unstable revenue streams often choose not to pay dividends, or pay small dividends in order to make sure the payout will be sustainable.

It looks terrible to investors when companies are forced to suspend or reduce dividend payments, so most like to err on the side of caution when deciding to implement a new dividend, waiting for several years of stable profits before doing so.

I think that a comibation of dividend growth on a sustainable dividend output could give all interest groups of the company large benefits.

Attached I've compiled a couple of great dividend stocks with a big potential to hike dividends in the future.

Here are my 10 favorite stocks from the screen in detail...

These 8 Dividend Growth Crown Jewels Look Like Big Bargains

I will not surprise anybody when I write that market volatility is good for buyers. The overall stock market is going sideways since August, and this has been creating many buying opportunities.

However, it doesn't mean that all companies are trading at interesting prices. There is a big difference between investing in an undervalued stock, a pure victim of the massive downtrend and catching a falling knife that shows real difficulties. The best method to separate the good from the bad is to use the concept of a margin of safety.

Attached you can find a few stocks that might offer a big margin of safty for investors now. Please leave some comments if you agree or disagree with me. Thank you.

30 High-Margin Stocks With Strong Competitive Advantages

Investing into high margin companies could end in a better return. The underlying thought is simple: A companies that works on higher margin can survive a market correction more likely and become stronger after a recession.

Attached, you can find a list of companies with high profit margins. Those could be a first step to start a further research.

In general, the margin tells us something about the competition as well as the business model.

High margins mean that the corporate make many business processing steps by it. The competition is less hard. Products are unique and could have a market barrier.

10 High Dividend Paying Stocks That Caught My Attention After The Sell-Soff

We officially have a pullback. Over the course of a few short weeks, the S&P 500 has dropped by a little over 10%.

This pullback was a long time coming. After all, this is the first real correction in the S&P since November 2012. For sure, it was a hefty and quick reaction of the market and the rebound came also quickly. Panic selling was combined with panic buying.

Now that a real correction is in, value investors should start compiling a shopping list. This article looks at a few high-quality dividend names that I haven't been able to consider for a couple years.

These are the stocks that caught my attention during the recent sell-off:

10 Undervalued Dividend Stocks With A High Degree Of Safeness

Defensive Investors are defined as investors who are not able or willing to do substantial research into individual investments, and therefore need to select only the companies that present the least amount of risk.

Enterprising Investors, on the other hand, are able to do substantial research and can select companies that present a moderate (though still low) amount of risk. Each company suitable for the Defensive Investor is also suitable for Enterprising Investors.

If you are a defensive investor, you should look at the following selection of stocks. I've selected the highest dividend yields among the undervalued companies for defensive dividend stock investors.

Yield was not a high-rated criterion. More important were a strong financial position and potential of growth in general.

13 Mispriced Dividend Stocks (Growth To Valuation)

The market often misprices assets due to fears, false expectations, unexpected events or something else. Sometimes a stock is traded away of its internal value because it’s not the hot industry.

Growth plays an important role in the market valuation and is often the basic reason for a difference in valuation.

Today I like to start a discussion by introducing 13 stocks that might be higher priced due to their growth perspectives. I've compiled the stocks from a market screening that has a strong focus on future growth and low P/E multiples. In addition, a solid profit situation and adequate initial yield are essential.

Here are stocks that might have a misleading valuation in terms of price to growth....

10 Top Money Returning Dividend Stocks From The Russell 3000

Dividend growth investors look for stocks with regular rising dividends as well as high growth too.

Growth and income make a winning combination that in the best dividend stocks leads to life-changing, long-term gains.

In order to find the best of the best, I looked for stocks in the Russell 3000 Index that have a current dividend yield of at least 2% and have raised their payouts by at least 10% annually over the past 10 years.

In addition, to incorporate the need for growth, I took the qualifying stocks and ranked them by their total return since a decade ago. Below are the top yielding results in detail and attached a full list, sorted by yield.

These 8 Dividend Stocks Bubbling Cash Like Lava Gold Mines (Part II)

If you like to make money on the stock market like me, you need a clear vision and strategy about how to make money.

Are you an income investor who likes to receive dividends or are you a short-term orientated trader with focus on quick profits?

I'm focused on long-term growth with growing income. In my view, only over a long period of time, stocks can double and develop their full asset potential.

I've recently published a small article about stocks with high free cash flows, companies that earn so much money from its operations and they have no need or desire to invest this money.

I love those companies but the source of income should also be reliable. Only cash that comes over years and decades will deliver a good return for you.

In my first article about Cash Cows that produce money like milk, I've compiled some of the top yielding stocks with low reinvestment rates.

Most of the top yielding stocks come from the technology sector and they also plan to buyback a significant amount of own shares which is also very good for the stock price.

Today I like to go forward and introduce the rest of my research results. They have in average a smaller yield but should be also attractive. A big part of the results come from the financial sector. Asset Managers and Stock Exchange Operators are top.

Flood of money should come into your pocket

These 6 Dividend Stocks Start To Take-Off

After I've published a few articles about safe dividend stocks and stocks with high cash and low debt ratios, I come back to growth.

Growth is good because it grows the value of your assets too. I ever told that only a growing stock is good but you can only make money with growth stocks if you pay reasonable prices for them.

The market is highly valuated, that's news from the recent quarters and more than true. With P/E multiples above 20, you need high growth to justify this values.

Today, I've created a screen for you that are based on momentum growth. I've discovered stocks with double digit earnings and sales growth.

These are my main criteria:

- Market Cap over $10 billion

- Positive Dividend Yield
- Debt-To-Equity Ratio under 0.5
- 5Y Forecasted Earnings Growth over 5%
- Quarter over Quarter Sales Growth over 10%
- Quarter over Quarter Earnings Growth over 10%
- Only US Home Base

Nineteen stocks fulfilled these criteria of which none yield over 2.5 percent in dividend. That's not much but for growth you can waive a small part of your yield.

Green money should come into your portfolio

8 Top Dividend Stocks I Like In This Capital Market Environment

While I made my daily research, there came a lot of interesting stocks on my screen.
Most of them offer a great opportunity but they still have a risk.

I personally look for stocks with a 10+ billion market cap as well as a P/E ratio of less than 20 combined with a 5+ percent mid-term earnings growth.

Below are eight stocks with solid fundamentals and a good long-term dividend growth history that could be helpful for your own asset allocation. My favorite industries are telecoms and insurer.
