40 Highest Yielding Ex-Dividend Stocks Of The Coming Week

Here I share all higher capitalized stocks going ex-dividend next week. A huge number of stocks plan to go ex-dividend, in total 271 dividend stocks. 132 of them are capitalized over 2 billion. Attached you can find those stocks with the highest payment

A full list of next weeks ex-dividend stocks can be found here: Ex-Dividend Stocks Of The Next Week Sep. 28 – Oct. 04, 2015

If we focus more on cheap stocks than on high yields, Dow Chemical, Toronto-Dominion Bank, Nucor, Agrium, Cisco, Steel Dynamics, PG&E, are the top picks. Not included are REITs. Those pay typically high dividends but offer also huge debt burdens.

20 Highly Shorted Financial Dividend Stocks And Which 11 Are Wrong

Financial dividend stocks with highest float short ratio originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Financials are in focus of many investors because they have a great possibility to leverage profits and they benefit if the economy starts to grow.

But the whole sector is also very vulnerable for systematic risks. Due to the concatenation of many firms, a bail in of one company can hurt the whole system deeply.

This is also one of the reasons why financial stocks are very popular targets for short sellers. If there develops a rumor, it ends in a bank run.

Today I like to show you which stocks from the financial sector (excluded by ETFs) have the highest float short ratio. My only restriction is a market capitalization of more than USD 300 million.

The 20 top results have a float short ratio between 11.56 and 28.67 percent. The Insuring industry is the biggest industry followed by REITs. Despite the negative view of the investors, eleven of the results have a current buy or better recommendation.

22 Dividend Boosters From Last Week

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. 13 stocks and 9 funds announced a dividend hike within the recent week. The number of dividend growers remains weak.

The biggest names on the list are United Health and Lowe’s as well as Fedex. In addition, five companies cut dividends and one announced a special initial dividend.

I know it’s hard to manage dividend growth especially when the company is acting within a very cyclic industry. But dividend growth is an expression to shareholders about the company’s success and the willingness to share profits with the ownership of the company.

10 of the 13 stocks are currently recommended to buy.
