The Latest Dividend Growth Stocks

Invest in high quality dividend paying companies that can manage their cash flow and payout ratio and be rewarded with constant dividend increases.

A dividend increase is something every dividend growth investor can get excited about. Who wouldn’t love earning a little more from an investment without having to add additional capital? I enjoy highlighting these dividend raises every now and then.

Let’s run down the list and see if any of these recent dividend raisers are in your portfolio.

Here are the latest dividend growth stocks....

10 Long-Term Value Dividend Stocks I Like To Buy And Hold For The Next Years

My goal is to buy shares of companies that I love, reinvest the dividends, and in a few decades, retire without having to sell a share of stock because my dividend income is reasonable enough to support me and my family. Sound crazy? It's not.

Dividend growth is a key value creation tool that works well for investors who don't want a high return on investment but a solid. You don't have to fear great recessions because of the deep economic integration.

Buy and hold forever is easy to say but hard to implement because of the human psychology. Investors loose trust over time when the company don't grow or disappoints on the earnings in the mid-term. Let me tell you one thing: Only over a long time, the company has a high probability to create and unlock its potential value.

Each good wine need time to develop and dividend growth stocks also need time. That's why I believe that high-quality dividend growth stocks are essential for wealth building.

The 10 stocks listed below are a portion of my "forever" portfolio. I'm not recommending them to you. I paid much less for these stocks than what they sell for now and what you pay for a stock is the ultimate predictor of your investment returns. Still, you may find something of interest here, especially if you build your own portfolio of dividend stocks to hold forever. To that end, I've calculated the dividend growth rates for each of these stocks, as well as a fair value estimate.

19 Nearly Debt-Free Dividend Achievers To Consider When Interest Rates Rise

Recently I began looking for dividend paying companies that carried no debt (or very little) on their books.

Not every company that I found would fit into my portfolio but several have found a place on my watch list and could prove to be quality investments over a long time period.

A company may have no debt for many reasons, not all are a positive for an investor. From an investor's stand point right away we see the benefit of a company having no debt because if you choose to invest in that company you are not incurring any share of their debt.

By remaining skeptical and cautious we must ask ourselves how they came to have no debt. It could be that their products sell so well they generate enough revenue to cover all their expenses.

On the other end of the spectrum it could be that the company is doing so poorly that nobody is willing to lend them money.

In no way am I saying that debt is bad for a company, or even an individual. Debt can be a tax advantage for many corporations as the interest payments provide a great tax break.

Companies often also utilize debt to finance their operations rather than their equity. If companies continue to sell additional shares to finance their operations it can destroy shareholder value, especially when that money raised does not go toward improving revenue and growth.

On a broader view, companies with no debt and high amounts of cash are better positioned for higher interest rates. If interest payments go up, the company gets more money from its bank and don't need to pay higher loan rates.

Attached you will find the best dividend growth stocks that are nearly debt-free in relation to its equity. The ratio I've discovered was the debt-to-equity ratio. Each of the stocks I've researched has a very low ratio of less than 0.1.

At the end of this article, you can find the full list with more fundamentals of all 19 results. Below are the 5 best yielding stocks in detail.

Here are the results...

11 Dividend Achievers With Strong Buy Rating

Are you looking for stocks that are worth to buy? Sure, we all do! Today I like to show you some of the stocks with the highest buy rating within the Dividend Growth space.

I've compiled all Dividend Achievers, stocks that have raised dividends over a period of at least 10 years without a break, and selected them by the highest analyst rating.

Currently, 167 companies (nearly half of the results) have a buy or better rating. Finally, eleven stocks got a strong buy rating. These are my 4 favorite results:

9 Dividend Achievers With A Strong Buy Rating

Analysts often have a good sense about the development of stocks due to their intensive research related to the company.

Not all analysts predict the correct economic development but they do a very good basic desk research and they have conversations with the management teams of the company, so not many people a as good informed as analysts.

Today I've listed all stocks with more than 10 years of consecutive dividend growth (Dividend Achievers) and a strong buy rating. Only nine companies have received the highest buy rating by analysts. Six of them are listed on the technology stock exchange NASDAQ.

Only four firms have a market capitalization over one billion US-Dollar. Keep in mind that those stocks also contain a higher risk for invvestors.

The only 9 Dividend Achievers with a strong buy rating are....

Ex-Dividend Stocks: Best Dividend Paying Shares On June 11, 2013

The best yielding and biggest ex-dividend stocks researched by ”long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Investors should have a quiet overview of stocks with upcoming ex dividend dates.

The ex dividend date is the final date on which the new stock buyer couldn’t receive the next dividend. If you like to receive the dividend, you need to buy the stock before the ex dividend date. I made a little screen of the best yielding stocks with a higher capitalization that have their ex date on the next trading day.

A full list of all stocks with payment dates can be found here: Ex-Dividend Stocks June 11, 2013. In total, 22 stocks and preferred shares go ex dividend - of which 11 yield more than 3 percent. The average yield amounts to 3.58%.

100 Stocks At All-Time-Highs | 58 Dividend Stocks At New Highs

People love it to watch stocks that are going up and never stop to rise. In my blog “long-term-investments.blogspot.com” I present on a regular basis some interesting stocks at new 52-Week Highs or even better, stocks at All-Time Highs. Recently, 100 companies realized price marks they have never seen before. 58 of them pay dividends.

All-Time Highs are very good signals showing the strong investor confidence and they are indicating a well-running business as well.

If I look the huge number of stocks at All-Time Highs I can’t believe that it is really true. Remember the world economy is still in a recession and growth is weaker than predicted but the financial markets do not care about it. Stocks rally and we are close to All-Time Highs in some of the world’s most important indices. The main question for me is: Is this rally sustainable and correct or do you believe that this is a small bubble which becomes bigger and bigger. Let me know and we will discuss it in the comment area.

Below is a small list of the 20 most recommended dividend stocks which realized a new All-Time High within the recent trading days. Two high-yields are part of the results.
