19 Cheaply Valuated Stocks With Forces To Become The Next Top Dividend Grower On The Market

Dividend growth stocks on the move to become a real long-term dividend grower originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Dividend growth is a great and powerful tool for all normal and small investors to participate in a honest and passive way from the economic success of a corporate.

America is definitely the country with the highest amount of stocks that share profits with shareholders fairly. Believe me; I've seen thousands of companies all around the world where investors get robbed by management teams, lead investors or even the government.

My investment focus is on dividend growth stocks but over the recent months and years, we all have seen a significant increase in price multiples. Most of the best long-term dividend growers are valuated with a P/E of 20 or more. If you pay such high ratios, you will definitely not get a good inflation and risk-adjusted return over the long-run if you invest in a slow growing business.

Today, I try to find additional dividend stocks that are near to achieve a consecutive dividend growth history of at least five years.

Around 150 stocks are available with 4 years of dividend growth. With the next hike they could become a real Dividend Challenger. My hope is that some of them are cheaper than the older and well-established stocks.

You can find attached a list of all large capitalized stocks with a low forward price to earnings ratio of less than 15. Only 19 companies fulfilled these criteria of which nearly all (17 shares) are recommended to buy.

Ken Fisher's Biggest Dividend Stock Buys And His Latest Asset Allocation

The largest dividend stocks buys from Ken Fisher as of Q1/2013 originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com".

Ken Fisher is an investment analyst and founder, chairman and CEO of Fisher Investments. In his asset management company he serves around USD 37.63 billion. His portfolio invested money on 474 companies; 48 of his stock holdings are completely new.

Ken has big investments within the technology sector but financial shares and consumer stocks are also very important for his asset allocation. His latest portfolio transactions show that he strengthen his technology and commodity side. He bought Cisco and Apple for the tech side and BASF, RIO Tinto, Vale and BP for his commodity bets.

Below is a list of his latest and biggest dividend stock buys as well as his most important portfolio positions.

16 of his 20 top buys from the recent quarter pay dividends and 13 are currently recommended to buy. He's a real large cap investor but has also some smaller companies. Summarized: Fisher has a very diversified portfolio.

16 Cheap Latin America Stocks With Good Dividends

Large capitalized stocks from Latin America with low forward P/E’s and good dividend yields originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com".

Yesterday I published a small list of the best yielding Asian dividend stocks with a low forward price to earnings ratio. Today I like to change the country and go forward with the Latin America region.

It’s a hopeful region to seek for growth. If you have no idea where to find good yields in your own country, you should start to look aboard. But be careful, foreign stocks have higher risks because of the additional currency risk and the small diversified companies.

My criteria are still:

- Market Capitalization over USD 10 billion
- Positive Dividend Yield
- Forward P/E below 15

Sixteen stocks fulfilled the mentioned criteria of which eight have a current buy or better recommendation.

57 Stocks With Dividend Growth From Last Week

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. The total number of stocks which announced a dividend hike shrank to 57 over the last week. That’s still a big value compared to figure of the recent months.

Dividend growth is still a popular source for growing wealth and I discover every weeks the latest growth stocks and publish them in my Dividend Weekly and on my blog.

My favorite pick this week is Colgate. The toothpaste maker hiked its dividends by 9.7 percent. Many stocks from the financial and services sector are on the list. It could be sign for a stronger growth perspective within these areas.

57 stocks and funds raised dividends last week of which 39 have a dividend growth of more than 10 percent. The average dividend growth amounts to 20.04 percent. Linked is a full free list of all companies and funds with some price ratios to compare.

Below the results are 4 High-Yields, stocks with over 5 percent dividend yield. 27 companies have a current buy or better rating.

My Best Financial Stock Picks For 2013 | Do Financial Stocks Recover?

Buy shares low, hold them and sell high. That’s a very easy and simple strategy but investing is much more than buying stocks and waiting until the price goes up. You have to select the best stocks by fundamentals, business model, market strength, price ratios and so on. Investing is hard work and your emotions shouldn’t be a part of your selection process. Do you lose money with a trade? Don’t care that’s part of the business of a stock trader. Take care that your single trade positions are not big in relation to your trading limits or margins. They should account for less than 1 percent of your net worth.

Today, I like to screen the financial sector by the best growth stock picks for 2013. The whole sector has too many stocks listed, around 2,868 - No wonder that we need a consolidation with the financial crisis. Stocks from the sector are totally valuated at 168.25 trillion. The average P/E amounts to 13.04 and the yield is 2.45. What do you think, are stocks from the financial sector cheap or right to buy now? Let me know in the comment box bellow.

These are my criteria:

- Forward P/E under 15
- Past 5Y Sales growth over 10 percent
- Earnings per share growth for the next five years over 10 percent
- Operating Margin over 10 percent
- Market Capitalization over 2 billion

Eleven stocks remain of which six have a current buy or better rating. Ten of the results pay dividends. I am not a big fan of financial stocks because I could not evaluate the risks of the banking assets. I like stocks from services stocks with financial relations like Thomson Reuters, Moodys or Nasdaq.
