Bank Stocks With Big Dividend Yields

When savvy investors hunt for great dividend stocks, one of the first things they look at is the dividend yield, which expresses a stock's annual dividend payout as a percentage of its stock price.

One of the reasons investors are often drawn to bank stocks is because they tend to pay generous dividends. But just like any other industry, some banks stocks are more generous than others when it comes to their quarterly payouts.

Which are the best from the perspective of an income-seeking investor on the hunt for a high yield? You can find the answer in the table below.

With this in mind, I drew up the table below, which ranks the nation's biggest banks by dividend yield.

Here are higher capitalized bank/money center stocks with dividend yields above 3 percent....

Why High-Yield Dividend Stock UBS Group Could Be A Buy

UBS is a $37 billion revenue-generating machine providing financial services to high net worth individuals and institutions throughout the world.

What makes UBS different from many others is that 50% of it business comes from fees from private wealth management. Investment banking accounts for 27% of all revenues while commodity banking services for personal and corporate clients contributes 15%. Asset management for corporate benefit plans takes up the remaining 8%.

In its core private wealth business, UBS has a loyal following among the world's wealthiest families. It takes about $10 million just to open a private bank relationship. Monthly fees are based on assets under management and do not vary greatly year to year.

Approximately 80% of its core income comes from recurring fees. UBS does not seek the highest absolute investment returns. Most clients are more concerned with capital preservation. This means that UBS enjoys some stability in its business.

UBS stock has fallen over 28% in 2016, pushing its $0.63 per share dividend to a yield of 4.5%. Dividend payments are limited to once a year so investors needing more frequent income will find their needs better met elsewhere.

UBS cut its dividend during the financial crisis and only recently began making payments again. Financial stocks usually employ a lot of leverage, which can make them riskier investments during recessions. As well, banks with heavy European exposure are being hit hard today, so investors should proceed with caution.

These are the corporate fundamentals and the dividend history compiled in two charts...

These Dividend Stocks Are The Biggest Losers Of The #Brexit

The Leave campaign in the UK generated big shock waves on the capital market, especially banks, financial provider, insurer and exporters to the UK lost. Also on the sell-off list were foreign companies with a big footprint in the UK market.

Today I like to show you those dividend paying stocks that lost the most after the first sell-off on the market.

Today the markets look to calm down but we don't know what will happened in the next days.

In my view, the Brexit effects on the market are only short-term and driven by forex markets.

9 Financial Dividend Stocks With +15% Expected 5Y Earnings Growth At Cheap Prices

Financial dividend stocks with high beta and growth ratios and a low valuation originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. The financial sector still suffers under the aftermath effects of the Lehman crises and the current low interest environment. But some financial stocks are back to pay good dividends to shareholders.

In my today’s screen about high beta dividend financial stocks I needed to implement some additional criteria in order to limit the huge screen amounts. You can see the detailed limitations here:

- Market Capitalization over USD 10 billion
- Positive Dividend Yield
- Forward P/E below 15
- Beta Ratio over one
- 5-Year Future Earnings Growth Rate Over 15% yearly

Only nine stocks fulfilled these strong criteria. Seven of them have a current buy or better rating by brokerage firms and one high yield stocks is part of the results.

16 Cheap Latin America Stocks With Good Dividends

Large capitalized stocks from Latin America with low forward P/E’s and good dividend yields originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com".

Yesterday I published a small list of the best yielding Asian dividend stocks with a low forward price to earnings ratio. Today I like to change the country and go forward with the Latin America region.

It’s a hopeful region to seek for growth. If you have no idea where to find good yields in your own country, you should start to look aboard. But be careful, foreign stocks have higher risks because of the additional currency risk and the small diversified companies.

My criteria are still:

- Market Capitalization over USD 10 billion
- Positive Dividend Yield
- Forward P/E below 15

Sixteen stocks fulfilled the mentioned criteria of which eight have a current buy or better recommendation.

Financial Dividend Stocks: 20 Best Yielding Growth Opportunities

Financial dividend stocks with best yields and high growth rates originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". The financial sector is one of the biggest sectors where you can find stocks or asset vehicles to place your money. Roughly 2,800 stocks and funds are listed with a financial relationship. Only 724 of them are dividend stocks.

I personally do not invest into funds. I also put no money into ETFs because my major job is stock research and asset allocation for my own money. I like to eliminate the good stocks from the bad ones. Funds and ETFs put all stocks into a basket. They diversify money by covering indices they have bought from other financial service providers. I don’t know how they select these assets and I will never trust them. It’s my money and I am responsible the return in the end.

Today, I like to go forward with my monthly dividend screen of the best yielding growth stocks for the mid-term. Linked is a small list of the 20 best yielding financial stocks with double-digit earnings growth forecast for the next five years. Because of the high number of results, I decided to exclude all stocks with a market capitalization below USD 10 billion. Ten of the results have a buy or better recommendation.

18 Stocks With Very High Yields (+10%) And Earnings Growth

+10% yielding shares with strong earnings per share growth originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com" Some of my friends search regular for stocks with very high yield. I don’t talk about high-yields, stocks with yields between 5-10 percent. I mean stocks with annualized dividend yields of more than 10 percent.

It sounds a bit unserious and I personally would never buy such stocks but I can understand my friends because they have only a low net worth and they try to boost their passive income from dividends.

Let me say one thing: It could not sustainable for any kind of business to pay such a high amount of money to shareholders at a normal valuation. Something must be wrong. But if find an attractive investment, you can boost your dividend income and in ten years your investment paid-off.

Out there are 148 stocks with a yield over 10 percent. I’ve tried to figure out some interesting stocks.

These are my criteria:

- Dividend Yield above 10%
- Earnings per share growth for the next 5Y over 5%
- Market Capitalization over 300 million

Eighteen shares fulfilled these criteria. Seven of them have a current buy or better recommendation.
