19 Stocks Hiked Dividends Last Week

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. 19 companies increased its dividend payments last week and additional 7 other vehicles like funds boosted dividends to new levels.

The retailer TJX Companies is a popular name on the list. The company announced to raise dividends by 26.1 percent. Another big player is the financial services group PNC who operates money center banks within the states. PNC Financial Services announced to raise its dividends by 10 percent.  

In total, 26 stocks and fund vehicles increased its dividend payments last week of which six are High-Yields and 10 are currently recommended to buy. The average dividend growth amounts to 16.83 percent.

Last week was an additional week where 20 stocks announced to raise dividends. MFA Financial, is on the list with a 10 percent hike. Other big companies are Cisco, the company which handles traffic on the internet. Cisco raised its dividends by 21.4 percent and is definitely my top pick from the results. Five stocks are debt-free and additional five have a low debt ratio.

In total, 20 funds and stocks increased its dividend payments last week of which five are high-yields and 10 are recommended to buy. The average dividend growth amounts to 71.91 percent.

Best Dividend Paying Ex-Dividend Shares On January 24, 2013

The best yielding and biggest ex-dividend stocks researched by ”long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Investors should have a quiet overview of stocks with upcoming ex dividend dates.

The ex dividend date is the final date on which the new stock buyer couldn’t receive the next dividend. If you like to receive the dividend, you need to buy the stock before the ex dividend date. I made a little screen of the best yielding stocks with a higher capitalization that have their ex date on the next trading day.

A full list of all stocks with payment dates can be found here: Ex-Dividend Stocks January 24, 2013. In total, 3 stocks and preferred shares go ex dividend - of which one yield more than 3 percent. The average yield amounts to 1.60%.

Most recommended dividend stocks from the services sector originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Today I like to go forward with my best stock recommendation list for January 2013 and I analyze the services sector. 

The services sector has 888 companies listed of which 348 pay dividends and 213 are recommended to buy now.

The total market capitalization of all stocks amounts to USD 56.93 trillion dollar. An average stock from the sector has a dividend yield of 1.72 percent and is valuated with a P/E of 20.10. The best yielding industries are Consumer Services and Electronic Stores which is followed by Computers Wholesale.

I made a screen of the 20 most recommended and higher capitalized stocks with positive dividend payments. Two high-yields are part of the results.

14 Dividend Stocks Marking New 52-Week Highs

Dividend Stocks Close To New Highs By Dividend Yield – Stock, Capital, Investment. Here is a current sheet of dividend stocks (positive yield) that have marked a new 52-Week High within the recent days. Despite the uncertainty at the markets, there are 52 companies at one-year highs and 22 of them pay dividends. I selected the best performing dividend stocks by a higher capitalization of more than $300 million. Fourteen stocks trading near 52-week highs remain of which two have a double digit yield and nine are recommended to buy.

Take a look at the full table of high yield stocks at new 52-Week Highs. The average price to earnings ratio amounts to 20.02 while the average forward price to earnings ratio amounts to 14.21. The average dividend yield is 3.79 percent. Price to book ratio is 2.07 and price to sales ratio 3.45. The stocks are 0.76 percent below new 52-Week Highs.
