10 Sustainable Dividend Growth Stocks With High Yields And Low Payouts

If you're looking for income in retirement, a classic source of that are dividend payments.

Dividend income may not guaranteed but they can easily deliver a sustainable income source. And while not guaranteed, many dividend payouts are exceedingly reliable.

Even better, dividends from healthy, growing companies tend to be increased over time, while the stock price should grow in tandem.

For safe and steady dividend income, seek out companies that: Pay reasonably generous dividends, such as 2.5% or more.

By the way, you may also like my article about the 20 safest Dividend Champions. Always good to know what stocks have the lowest beta ratio.

Warren Buffett Buys Surprisingly These 9 Top Dividend Stocks

Warren Buffett is one of the most respected investors on the market. When he invests, it’s mostly a guarantee for follow investors to make money but as we have seen in the past, it’s often not true.

Warren makes mistakes when you think on the investments in Exxon, Tesco, DaVita or even ConocoPhillips.

However, it's always good to know what moves he makes and he did a big shot during the latest quarter. Let's take a deeper look at his dividend picks. Here are the results: Warren Buffett's latest Stock Buys and Sells.

If you like more results from the big investor, you should read my latest article about the Q3/2014 Warren Buffett stock moves.

The Best Internet Of Things Dividend Stocks You Should Know

Everybody is talking about the internet 4.0, the internet of things (IoT). It means that every device and technical gadget or tool is cross linked to each other.

The total is already in kids shoes and should become a multi-billion dollar market within the next years.

Today, I like to show you which dividend paying companies can benefit from this new trend. Attached are my five top results in detail. In addition, attached is a nice list of interesting non-dividend paying stocks from the IoT Theme.

On the first view, there are a lot of companies from the semiconductor and network industry who should generate money from the connectivity of devices. But on the second view, software houses like SAP or Oracle should also grab a big piece of the new cake.

I've not listed companies who produce devices like Apple or maybe Nike or Under Armour who make fitness apps.

These Dividend Contenders May Rise Dividends Within The Next 3 Months

Recently, I wrote about DividendChampions that may rise dividends within the next 3 months in order to keep their status as dividend grower alive.

It's fantstic to know what companies should hike it's dividends because the current yields are so low that each investor get tears in his eyes.

A potential dividend hike could lift the current dividend yield on a new level.

Today I like to introduce some Dividend Contenders with potential to hike dividends over the next quarter. As a result, I found 20 companies; nine of them yield over 3 percent.

Dividend Growth is a wonderful investing space on which I personally spend a lot of time.

I love it to see dividends grow but it's only possible if a company grows and has low debt ratios.

Money Raiser Of The Week: 7 Top Stocks With Fresh Dividend Growth Or Share Buybacks

Dividend growth and share buybacks are two main activities to increase the potential shareholder value and give money back to their owners.

I like those transactions because it's a clear signal to investors which get rewarded by taking risk and borrowing money.

There is no free lunch and you might agree with me that each good managed company should raise dividends in order to satisfy investors.

For sure some companies have no possibility to give money back to the financial market because of slipping sales and margin pressure. My answer: Those stocks are not in focus of my research!

Today I like to highlight stocks that gave investors more money via dividend growth or share buybacks within the recent week. These are some of the biggest companies:

6 Cheap Dividend Aristocrats With High Growth Predicted

When you think about making money, you have several ways to become a millionaire. Nowadays, people think they only need to start-up a company, build in 5 years a 50 million customer base and bang; sold for a million to a bigger company.

Sure, that's a very lucrative way but also unrealistic for normal people like us. Most of us don't have the skills to develop a company, find customers and train people to work for us. Not enough, you must have a high-margin idea.

Dividend investors have it easier. They only need to buy good dividend paying companies that grow their earnings over years and share profits with their owners fairly.

You will definitely not get quick rich but you can achieve an eight percent return or more.

I sit here in my room and watch the market day by day with hopes to find new investments that could lift my personal wealth. All of my stocks that I own pay dividends; not all developed well but they gave me a good return over the mid-term.

I believe in big companies because they have more money and employed hands to help other divisions if those struggle. The price you pay for that low risk strategy is that you won't become a billionaire but that's something I can live with.

Below are six Dividend Aristocrats with the highest expected 5-year forward earnings growth and a low forward P/E multiple. I think it's very informative to see which of them have the best potential for the future.

These 7 Dividend Cash Cows Produce Money Like Milk (Part I)

Investing is great. You can spend money on stocks and if your bet goes wild you will make a lot of money. That's a great dream for all of us and I can tell you that it's possible to become an investment Pro.

I'm a guy who looks steadily at stocks and try to find attractive investment stories and cheap stocks in order to make a good return.

I'm not short term focused; plan to hold most of my stocks over years and decades. Due to my long investment horizon, I need good companies that grow over time their business, pay me good dividends, and grow dividends as well.

But the most important question is that the corporate can grow without taking new investors on board. Those actions will grow outstanding shares in general and bring pressure on earnings per share growth.

I look for companies have generated high free cash flows, companies with a business model that don't need much money to keep their operational business alive.

I've tried to find some new ideas with an old screener who has a quick option; it’s called the reinvestment rate. I don't know how they calculate this ratio but when I sort the list of large with high margins by this ratio, companies with low investment spending on their operational cash flow come first.

Big Money Roll In Your Pocket

I talk about companies with a high scalable business, stocks with the lowest need of capital expenditures. First you might think about Facebook or all the great tobacco companies. For sure those shares generate big free cash flows.

But there are much more companies, I talk about technology stocks and money platforms. The key is here the platform business. Each new customer doesn't cause new costs and bring free cash into the corporate. That's a great idea of making money.

The only item to care about is market entry barriers. Can competitors easily enter and push down margins? If yes, keep your fingers away of buy only at low multiples.

Below are seven detailed stocks. I will follow up with 8 additional stocks. That's only a selection; there are much more companies available. Some of them pay no dividends other a low one but dividend is not the key.

Most of the presented results come from the tech and financial space.

Are These 8 Great Dividend Grower Underestimated By The Market?

I like it when stocks fall because they become cheaper. That's the reason why I always look at companies with a really bad stock performance.

I personally don't care about analysts and lead investors who are sometimes anxious about the future of the company. In other cases, they need to justify their portfolio risk.

I love it to see bad performing dividend stocks with a very long history of solid growing dividends, especially when the future outlook is still bright.

Below I've highlighted some of the worst performing and most disliked dividend growth stocks on the market with a negative 1-Year performance. They all got low forward P/E and yields over 3 percent.

What do you think, are they underestimated by the market?

12 Higher Capitalized Stocks With Yields Over 10% You Might Like...

Puhhh...this interest environment is boring. You need a huge amount of money to receive a low yield. That's crazy but you can Thank Ben Bernanke and the current Fed Chairman Janet Yellen.

Most people don't know it but there are still high yields and stocks that pay double digit dividend yields on your investment. For sure those companies are more risky but you get also compensated by higher cash returns.

Attached is a small list of all mid and large capitalized stocks that offer currently a double-digit dividend yield or a yield over 10 percent yearly.

Most of the stocks also have a low valuation by forward price to earnings. Nearly all of the results come from the financial and basic material sector.
