13 Cheap Stocks With Dividend Yields Over 3% And A Predictable Business

Cheaply valuated stocks with a predictable business and yields over 3% originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. It’s important not to overpay a stock. The first rule you need to follow is to pay acceptable prices for a growing business that is somehow calculable. I talk about a business model with nearly stable sales that grow over the long-run.

On my blog, I present often such companies with a low volatile business and good yields. Today I would like to use the gurufocus screener about predictable companies.

The screener gave me the opportunity to look for new, customized stock ideas which I would like to share with you here now. Below is a list of the best yielding cheaply valuated stocks with yields over 3 percent as well as a forward P/E under 15.

Eighteen stocks with a better than 4-Star gurufocus rating fulfilled the above mentioned criteria. Three of the results have a high yield and four are currently recommended to buy or even better.

100 Best Small Cap Stocks To Place Your Money

Small cap stocks with a strong growth and best dividends to buy, originally published at “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Everybody loves growth. If you own an investment and it starts to grow by double-digit rates over a few years, when the stock price explode and you feel like a bird in heaven. I felt a few times like this. But it is also necessary that you sell partly your position over the time. I personally reduce my stocks positions when they have doubled or more. Certainly you can’t get very rich with this rule but you hedge your stock gains and believe me by selling stocks with gains, nobody become poor.

I recently viewed a nice list at Forbes. The list was a research result of the 100 best small cap growth stocks in America. Stocks from the table are public and tradeable in America. They all have a total sales volume below the USD 1 billion mark and fantastic years of recent growth. As you can see at the list, the GDP growth is America is still weak but out there are still investment opportunities to discover.

I discovered the ten best dividend stocks from the small cap growth picks. I needed to screen more than 50 companies in order to find ten stocks with positive dividend payments. Most of the small cap growth stocks don’t pay dividends. But the debt situation is very comfortable. Most of them are free of debt and have bigger cash amounts to their balance sheets in order to finance future growth. The average stock grew in sales by 19 percent yearly. Earnings followd by 31 percent growth yearly and the average return on equity amounted to 20 percent. See the full list of the 100 best small cap growth stocks at the end of this post.

16 Very Cheap Dividend Challengers With A Single P/E Ratio

Dividend Challengers With Very Low P/E Ratios Researched By “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Challengers are dividend growth stocks from the third category. They raised dividends over a period of more than five consecutive years but less than ten years. Behind Dividend Contenders (10-24 years) and Dividend Champions (>25 years) is this investment class the latest stage for dividend growth investments.

In order to find the cheapest Challengers, I screened all 184 companies by a very low P/E ratio of less than ten. Sixteen stocks fulfilled these pricing criteria of which five are high-yields and six are currently recommended to buy.

17 Oversold High-Yields With Growing Business

Oversold High-Yields With Growing Earning Per Share Researched By “long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Stocks with a massive amount of sellers could fall very deep in a short period of time. Sometimes, the market overreacts and companies are traded at very low prices.

I screened the capital market by high-yields with positive earnings per share growth and signals to be oversold. A good indicator to measure the degree of oversold is the relative strength index (RSI). The RSI ranges from 0 to 100. An asset is deemed to be overbought once the RSI approaches the 70. If the RSI approaches 30, it is an indication that the asset may be getting oversold and therefore likely to become undervalued.

I listed all stocks with a RSI of less than 40. In order to exclude the risks of low capitalized companies, I decided to screen only such stocks with a market capitalization above USD 300 million. Seventeen companies remained of which seven have a double-digit yield and six a buy or better recommendation.

10 Most Profitable Dividend Challengers To Consider

Dividend Challengers With Highest Return On Investment Researched By Dividend Yield - Stock, Capital, Investment. Dividend Challengers are stocks with a history of rising dividend of more than 5 years in a row but less than 10 years. Stocks with such a long dividend growth history have a high reliability but which one are currently the best in terms of profitability?

I screened the 189 Dividend Challengers by the highest return on investment (ROI) and observed only the stocks with the highest figures. Ten companies have currently the highest ROI of more than 25 percent.

13 Service Dividend Stocks With Highest Short Float Ratio

Dividend Stocks From The Service Sector With Highest Short Float Ratio Researched By Dividend Yield - Stock, Capital, Investment. The services sector is the second basic stage of the economy behind the agricultural. Stocks from the sector are characterized by low margins and undercapitalized business models.

At the stock markets are 908 companies linked to the sector with a total market capitalization of USD 48.2 trillion. The average sector yield amounts to 1.92 percent and the average P/E ratio is 20.11. The highest dividend paying industries are consumer services, publishing and computer wholesale.

I screened the sector by dividend stocks with the highest amount of short selling stocks, measured by the float short ratio. The ratio shows how many stocks are shorted by investors. Companies with a high ratio of float short have a little upside potential if investors need to close their short position. Thirteen dividend stocks from the services sector have a float short ratio of more than 25 percent.
