This is only a small part of the full Dividend Yield Investor Fact Book Package. The full package contains excel sheets of essential financial ratios from all 113 Dividend Champions (over 25 years of constant dividend growth) and 204 Dividend Contenders (10 to 24 years of consecutive dividend growth). It's an open version, so you can work with it very easily.

The idea to create Factbooks and Fact Excel Sheets was born when I were looking for free aggregated information on the web. As a student of economics, I had not much money to buy the expensive S&P Stock and Bond Guides by McGraw-Hill to educate myself. I must put all my efforts into research and web search. Finally I needed to put all information into one Word and Excel file.

The Dividend Yield Factbooks and Excel Sheets inform students and other persons with a great desire for big data of stock fundamentals and worldwide yields from corporations.

A small donation from you can help me to develop this books and improve the quality of the work. Together we can make the world a better and smarter place. A place with no information advantage between poor and rich persons who have enough budget to buy the expensive data from Reuters and Bloomberg.

As a gift, you will get the Dividend Yield Investor Fact Book Package each month. This compilation contains the following books and one Excel Sheet with financial ratios form all Dividend Champions and Dividend Contenders. Here is what you get for your donation:

- Foreign Yield Fact Book (updated weekly)
- Dividend Growth Stock Fact Book (updated monthly)
- Dividend Growth Excel Sheet (updated weekly)

These books and Excel Sheets are regular updated and keeps you up-to date with current yield figures from the best Dividend Growth Stocks.

Every donation, even a tiny one, helps us to keep this blog free available for everyone. Help us to support people with no income or big budget to get free and easy information on the web.

17 High Income Stocks With Yields Over 10%

If you are looking for low-risk low-reward dividend stocks, this article is not for you. However, if you're looking for high-income yields, and risks that are tilted in your favor, then you may want to consider the ideas highlighted in this article.

The ideas span a variety of investment types. REITS, Mortgage Reits and MLPs are a major class that pay high dividends but they are all with high risks.

I love high dividends because you get a nice income and your investment got a fast cash return which you can use for new investment ideas. But high yields shouldn't be the only criteria. Dividend stability is more important to look for.

Without further ado, here are the 17 attractive 10% yield opportunities...

My Favorite Master Limited Partnerships - High Yields and Low Taxes

MLPs are publicly traded limited partnerships that derive at least 90% of their cash flows from real estate, commodities or natural resources. In the US there are about 120 MLPs with a combined value around $875 billion.

There are three classes of MLPs: upstream (resource extractors like oil and gas partnerships), midstream (those that transport and process resources, like pipeline operators), and downstream (refiners and distributors).

Rather than paying dividends to shareholders, they pay distributions to unit holders. Another difference is that most midstream MLPs have a general partner, who runs the partnership.

Limited partners (investors) don't have a say in how the MLP is run. In addition, general partners typically hold incentive distribution rights (IDRs), which means that a higher proportion of the MLPs marginal cash flow goes to them as the distribution grows (up to 50% of marginal cash flow).

There are three main drawbacks to MLPs. The first is that those partnerships with a general partner will experience slower distribution growth over time, as IDRs increase. Second, MLPs issue K-1 forms which are used instead of 1099's and can add a bit of complexity during tax preparation.

Finally is the fact that they shouldn't be used in tax deferred accounts such as IRAs. This is because they can generate what's known as UBTI (unrelated business taxable income) that can result in you owing taxes even though the investment is in a tax deferred account.

Attached I've compiled a couple of MLP's I like for a deeper research. Each of them pays a high dividend and has a higer market capitalization, over 300 million.

These are the names I like from the MLP space...

19 Cheap High-Yielding Large Caps

Income investors with need for a high recurring income should look for stocks with high dividend paying stocks.

Today I like to introduce those companies with a market capitalization over 10 billion that pay dividends over 5 percent yearly. In addition, the companies should have a forward P/E of less than 15.

Only 19 companies do so for the time beeing which you can find in the attached list. That's not much compared to the numbers of the recent years but should a result of the monetary money printing and low interest area.

Here are some of my top picks...

5 Latest Dividend Stock Purchases From Carl Icahn And His Full Portfolio

Carl Icahn’s asset allocation strategy orignially published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Some of you might have heard about Carl Icahn, the Jewish investor. Icahn manages around $21.5 billion in his asset management vehicle Ichan Capital Management.

Within the past, Icahn had proved a very good taste in investing. With only 19 shares, he is also a much undiversified guy and focused on stocks he really knows. In the past I’ve described his latest Q1 stock purchases.

Today, I would like to show you the latest stock moves from Carl Icahn of the second quarter.

In Q2, Carl hit the button for 16 trades and purchased only seven stocks of which one was a completely new stake in his portfolio. Five of his stock acquisitions pay dividends. You can find a detailed list about these stocks below. The biggest moves were reasonable to Dell, CVR Refining as well as Nuance Communications.

Icahn loves cheap stocks and he is also a noisy guy like most of the activists. The average forward P/E of his latest acquisitions is only at 13.83 and earnings are expected to grow by 10.32 percent for the next five years.

These 42 Stocks Planning To Pay More Dividends

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Last week, around 42 companies announced a high dividend. I published all stocks with dividend growth from the recent week in the attached dividend list. In average, stocks from the list of the latest dividend growth stocks have increased their dividend payments by 15.51 percent.

It’s always good to see how the dividend growth strategy works. Some of the dividend growers have raised their payments forty times and more. The biggest names come from the oil and gas sector. Eni and Total are the two biggest stocks followed by the British spirit maker Diageo.

Five of the results have a double-digit dividend yield and seven yielding above five percent. Analysts and brokerage firms recommend more than half, 26 in total, of the dividend growth stocks.

Consumer Goods Stocks With Highest YTD Performance And Cheap Price Ratios

Consumer goods dividend stocks with highest year-to-date performance originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Consumer dividend stocks are my favorite investments when I think about how to make money on the stock market. I prefer those stocks because of the low cyclic they have. Most of them generate stable cash flows and pay good dividends as well as buy own shares back. Not to forget: They still have possibilities to grow in a developed market.

Today I would close my monthly screening serial of the best performing dividend stocks from several sectors with the consumer goods sector. These are the latest articles of the serial:

The 20 best performing dividend stocks from the consumer sector with a market capitalization over USD 200 million gained from 44.89 percent to 112.16 percent this year. The best performing non dividend paying stock is more an industrial stock than a consumer company. It’s the electric vehicle producer Tesla. The company’s stock price quadrupled since the start of the year. The top dividend payer is the multi-marketing level company Nu Skin Enterprises.

Despite the strong stock price increase, 16 of the top 20 performing sector dividend stocks still have a buy or better rating.

Carl Icahn’s Latest Dividend Stock Buys And His Biggest Portfolio Holdings

Carl Icahn’s recent stock buys and largest stock holdings as of Q1/2013 originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Carl Icahn is a well known investor. He serves around USD 16.9 billion in his asset management company Icahn Capital Management LP. His asset allocation is very focused on single stocks. In total he has only 19 stock holdings of which four are new. Within the recent quarter, Icahn bought only five companies. He’s a guy who wants control and he wants to change something. In of his portfolio holdings he has a significant influence with an ownership of more than 10 percent of the outstanding capital.

From his 13 latest stock buys pay only seven dividends. Eight of them have a current buy or better rating by brokerage analysts.

9 High-Yield Stocks With Strong Buy Rating

High yielding dividend paying stocks with strongest buy rating originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". I'm often asked if I would recommend to buy high-yielding stocks. I answer them that it makes sense to buy stocks with a yield over five percent but don’t expect that they will pay the dividend to the end of your lifetime and don’t expect that they will hike their payments each year or with a higher growth rate.

I personally bought several high yielding stocks around the world and nearly each investment was a disaster. Sure I also made some profits with stocks from the tobacco industry but they were the only investment ideas that worked for me. If I draw a line and make a calculation about my High-Yield activities, it would result in a very bad performance. That is my personal experience with the investment category.

Stocks with a higher yield are risky but it makes sense to look for them. Today I like to discover the most recommended High-Yields with a market capitalization over USD 300 million. Nine companies with a yield over 5 percent have a strong buy rating.

Carl Icahn’s Biggest Dividend Stock Holdings

Largest dividend stock positions by Carl Icahn originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Super investors made a great return in the past and they got very rich.

Not all started to make money with little stock trading. Some of them made big deals with huge loans. They took the risk and won the game.

Carl Icahn is such a person. He is an activist with $12 billion market value of his Icahn Capital Management vehicle. Herbalife, Transocean or Dell, Icahn is still named as investor who stirs up the pastry.

Today I like to look at the biggest dividend positions of Carl Icahn as of Q4/2012. His full portfolio has only 15 companies, which is not much and looks very undiversified. Warren Buffett still has more stocks in his portfolio and he is also no big asset gatherer.

Icahn is no dividend lover; he has only four dividend stocks. His biggest dividend machine is the own property management company, Icahn Enterprises. IEP pays a 7.07 percent yield.
